Welcome to Pro Saver (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

1. Purpose of the App

The App helps users view, save, organize, and recover media statuses and deleted messages from supported messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp variants) on their device. It provides convenience features such as categorization, media preview, and recovery of recently deleted content where technically possible.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be the lawful owner/user of the device on which the App is installed.
  • Have the necessary rights and permissions to view and store the media you access.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and platform (e.g., WhatsApp) terms of service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for personal, lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse recovered or saved media (e.g., for harassment, defamation, privacy invasion, or illegal redistribution).
  • Obtain consent before sharing third-party content.
  • Keep backups if content is critical; the App is not a guaranteed archival solution.

4. Media Attribution & Possible Swaps

Because the App relies on on-device caching, file naming conventions, and system-level notifications:

  • Media items may occasionally appear swapped between chats, mislabeled, or temporarily associated with the wrong sender.
  • This can happen due to rapid incoming messages, OS-level race conditions, duplicate filenames, or delayed notification parsing.
  • If you notice misattributed or swapped media, treat it cautiously and verify at the source chat before acting on it.

We continuously refine heuristics to reduce these occurrences, but zero misclassification cannot be guaranteed.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

  • The App processes data locally on your device. Media and metadata are not uploaded to our servers.
  • Ad networks (e.g., Google Mobile Ads) may collect anonymized usage data pursuant to their own privacy policies.
  • You are responsible for complying with any regional data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) regarding content you store or export.

6. Advertisements

The App may display banner, interstitial, app open, and other ad formats. By using the App you consent to seeing these ads. Ad content is provided by third-party networks; we do not endorse the advertised products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and names used within the App remain the property of their respective owners. You must not remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices within the App.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
  • Circumvent technical restrictions (e.g., permissions, sandbox constraints).
  • Use the App for any fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.

9. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Media recovery will always succeed.
  • Media attribution will always be correct (see Section 4).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, media misattribution, or reputational harm resulting from use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. A changelog or effective date will be provided in this file or within the App settings.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination you must cease all use and may be required to delete locally cached App data.

14. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or interact with third-party libraries and SDKs (e.g., Google Mobile Ads, shared preferences, file system providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply independently.

15. Support & Contact

For questions, bug reports, or suspected media swap issues, contact: support@avedet.com . Include device model, OS version, and reproduction steps when reporting misattribution.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue in full force.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction associated with our principal place of business (replace with your region). Conflicts will be resolved exclusively in its competent courts.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede prior understandings.

Acknowledgment: By using Pro Saver you acknowledge the occasional possibility of media being swapped between chats and agree to independently verify critical content at its source.

If you do not agree with these Terms, discontinue use immediately.
